A terrible bug

Hello, this is a quick one. Recently in iron ocn (the ladder I have been playing the most) has a very terrible bug, due to this bug people lose around 40-50 elo (which I personally think is a lot!). This bug only occurs to those that have bad over a 100-200ms to Badlion.This is the link to proof the bug:
