A small website bug/glitch

As I was browsing the forums and replying to some threads, I noticed that the link, reply, quote, and pm buttons were not aligned as they usually are.Evidence #1: https://gyazo.com/7e17e91bec311aa3184698c45ecf8a22

This only happens on the threads that are not locked from what I found.

Looks like a weird margin/padding rendering bug or something, not sure what causes it.
