alright, idk where to start but yeah.So I personally thing the elo system of badlion on potpvp is not good/ at it's best.
me ( high elo on vanilla) dropped from 1980 to 1800 just bc I lost to 1 guy with 1200 elo and 3 fights against a hacker who was at like 1400 , so I have to win 20 fights to get this elo back up again just because I lost to a hacker once. No offence but the system of kohi is better. If you could make it so I can only 1v1 people around my elo , what will be much better and I will have more fun playing it because this ruined everything for me on badlion atm :/.

The only thing that I don't like about the badlion's ladders are when you lag out you lose your elo for nothing. Can't really do much about that, but, since my internet is being a bitch to badlion the past few days, it's been happening a lot to me. I've dropped about 60 elo vanilla ladder from it.In general I think that if you are 1900+ you should be winning your fights to keep up there. If you're that good you should be staying up there.
One thing I hate, is when someone really good comes on with like 1500 elo and just snags your elo because they've not played badlion before.
We did try tweaking the system, but, it went wrong. Many people complained about it and it generally just got a bit odd, so we reverted to this system.

Yeah but I never lagged out, than I wouldn't complain this much but I died a few times to a hacker and only those few fights made me drop 100 elo, where I probably have to win around 30 matches for.. I am still pissed from what happend. but yeah basically I want to know if there is something we can fix this with or that badlion can elo system. thanks for the replyPosted on 19 November 2014 - 10:39 PM

I hate that so much, that's why ( i feel sad to say) I like kohi more than badlion, just because of the elo system.. even tho I dont want to play on kohi and want to stay here..

The max you can lose is 32 per match. You might've lost 128 elo, nowhere near 180 :c

well I just think it's stupid how you can lose alot of elo what you have played much for just because you fight a hacker / someone with 1400 elo etc. But I understand that you guys don't want to change it or whatever. kohi has ranked matches that are elo based too… and the ELO ranking system is probably the best one out there.
