Hacker with kill aura in pvp arena

I lost 141 points for a hacker not placed in ranked that had aura kill the hacker is called WICOPEDIA and paste from 6 or even 8 blocks with his kill aur2017-5-14_09.59.06a please ban him and return my 141 of elo please.
