I have a question for staff.

I just got muted for Hackusation. But it Didn't tell me how long. Can a staff member tell me how long this was? Because if this is permanent than that is so ridiculous. I was telling the guy that i recorded his 8 block because HE WAS HACKING! Hackusation is YOUR opinion and being muted PERMANENTLY for it is horrid staffing.Posted on 21 May 2017 - 04:45 PM
You can check this on your punishment page. Also, you were only muted for an hour, not permenantly. I understand your reasoning as to why you think your mute was undeserves, but there is a command "/report" meant to notify staff of a cheater. The reason we mute for hackusations is because it would be really hard for staff to track down every cheater, because the cheater would just turn off his hacks if he knew a staff member was watching him/her in order to not get banned. Believe it or not, we do see reports you make, and plenty of staff members work their assed off to make the community happy.Posted on 21 May 2017 - 06:34 PM
I'm confused why your mute was 1 hour and 2 minutes… I don't think I've ever seen that before.
