Pls tell me why my 240 FPS videos come out like this https://youtu.be/kTo2qi31EOMI know it's not the video's fault because before I put it into Sony vegas, it is normal speed. Then as soon as I put into vegas, the preview screens shows it slowed down. Help

your computer is not good enough to handle itor if you're using action, dont use action. use obs instead. i had that problem with action.
but if you still have the problem with obs, get a better pc

My FPS stays at a constant 240 tho… in the OBS preview screen

120 is the highest you can go. My theory is that because 120 is the highest, it automatically spilts the video frames down to 120, thus slowing it down
