I need some help - Badlion Premium question

Hello, so I haven't been on Badlion and a while so if someone could clear this up that would be great. so before the big premium update I had Lifetime [D] rank and now I got premium so how long do I keep premium and when my premium ends (unless I keep it for perm idk) do I get my old [D] rank back w/ all the perms? like what happens.Thanks in advance to anyone who answers :)
