ehh weird lag

ok so i reinstalled mc and after i did so i get VERY weird lagafter 15min of playing it would just start freezing its like normal fps and then it drops to 0 and normal and 0 and normal and 0 infinitely
the other thing ive noticed is that i get connection lag aswell but that was before i reinstalled it and i think its because my internet is not very good (30mbps both download and upload)

for the fps spikes raise your allocated ramif u msg me ill tell u the wecommended amount of dedicated wam to add to a server

I can't allocate more ram because I have 32 bit java
