Voting glitch

Hello, so I voted and i gained 24 ranked games… I played one game and I won. My ranked matches went from 24 to 11 in just 1 fight… This has happened to me three times now and its a problem. I would like to know if this is a common glitch or just something that happens to me and can't be fixed.Thanks,

This is the first time we hear about this. We've recently done some updates to our voting system to make it more stable. Does this happen a lot or was it only that one time?Posted on 15 June 2017 - 12:04 AM

Can you explain me exactly what happens. So you vote on one of the websites and you receive your free matches ingame. Then you play and you are back to 11 matches (basically lost the one you voted for). Is there much time between the voting & the first game you played or right after?Posted on 18 June 2017 - 10:30 PM
it usually happens randomly after I vote
