You go in your clans roster page and then there is a settings icon for each player and then you click on it and it will say promote click that hope that helped!Posted on 15 June 2017 - 04:23 AM

I've just noticed that you won't be able to promote people as you only have Officer permissions, the leader of the clan most of left before he promoted anyone else… So it is probably unfixable at this point and you will just have to start it again.
