every day on the arenapvp of badlion i do ./list and every time i see this http://prntscr.com/fl87czso i did a test

That's because it only checks for mods on your specific server. Say you're in NA arena lobby 500, it only checks for mods in NA arena lobby 500. It does not check for mods in other parts of the network, such as NA arena lobby 600, or EU UHC meetup lobby 200./report doesn't work (sometimes) for this same reason. It only checks if the player is in your same lobby, otherwise it won't report them. All of this is being fixed in S15.

is not true cause i tried to report a guy that was on the arenapvp and i joined all the lobby to report him and nothing
