He can be himself but I still rather someone being professional when writing.
It just looks way more nice and clean, easier to understand and communicate.
The good spelling and grammar, along with proper punctuation and capitalization, help us understand what's written. These marks and conventions help to keep the different parts of a sentence from bashing into each other. Forum Readers will avoid confusion, maintains an easy reading rhythm, and will likely pay more attention to what's written and pay more attention to the content and meaning.

I don't think people will be confused when using shortened words like "ur" and "r" for example. People have been used to reading like this for years and still use it. I understand that in some cases someone's grammar will be very hard to understand so yes I'll give you that one but like I said it's easy to understand ur instead of your and r instead of are. And I can agree with you it does look clean and easier to communicate. But really its easier to just type shortened words than writing everything out perfectly which is why a lot of people still do it.

Grammar and punctuation isn't as important as changing the way he acts. Yes, it is nice to read a paragraph with the correct use of English but I really don't think that's the reason why people dislike him. As long as it is understandable I don't see a problem with using a bit of slang and short cuts. I personally find people who act way more professional than they actually are when it is not needed aggravating. I would much prefer someone who doesn't use proper grammar but has a good personality to someone who writes paragraphs properly but is a jerk. That's why as Lime said I have some respect for Jarecl cause he isn't a liar and doesn't act fake. Do you know who is a liar fake and a manipulative scumbag? Type in Google "President of Turkey"

I know this is not my business since we don´t really know each other, but I´ll just add that this is the example of what people are telling you to change. Also if you get angry when people are blatantly trying to piss you off they are achieving their objective. If they want you to get pissed the best way to counter that is not getting pissed.
This also happens in Arena the best way to comback at someone that´s being toxic its to kick his ass in game and just say "gg" or not say anything. Rather than type "L" or something disrespecfull
