You're just as bad on EU as you are on NA* that's different. As I said, there are some videos about the tournament and you can see that we can't dodge arrows but of course that's because we didn't train on NA lol not because we can't anticipe the future and our reaction time isn't faster than 0,1s. You know, i don't care about your thoughts like i don't care being mature in front of you. You don't know what you're talking about, you probably played minecraft in solo for 2 hours i think. Stop acting like you're understand this game.

So basically all you said in this post was you didn't train on NA and it's harder for you to dodge. I can understand that but you need to listen. You basically just said that you didn't train on NA. So that's YOUR problem LOL

So NA players have to train on EU for EU tournaments ? LOL. This is not sports, this is not fair. We should play with equal avantages and disavantages.

The only thing that's gonna be fair is to host a LAN tournament for Minecraft LOL. And like I said earlier, hosting a major EU tournament would set an unstable precedent for future tournaments.

Hosting a major tournament on EU or NA makes the same problems. It is unfair for a region. And you're just saying that NA is better for hosting tournament which is dumb.

Most previous tournaments have been hosted on NA so why not keep it. Why the switch?

Never said we wanted to switch, we just said we wanted to have some tournaments hosted on EU and some on NA, no need to host a lot, I can understand that there are more tournaments on NA than EU but EU is one of the biggest community of badlion, if not the biggest, and we just would like to have a better chance of winning those since the ping difference really is a disadvantage and you can't deny it.

You make a decent point. I would be fine with hosting a bit more ladder tournaments on EU but the major ones with money involved should be hosted on NA.

No, you can't just say that. You can practice playing with higher ping to get used to it, but you'll never reach the same skill level with twice the ping. Long range archer fights for instance, are highly based on raw reaction time, and the time that's given to you to avoid an arrow is the difference of the time that the arrow takes to travel from your opponent to you, minus your own ping.
You can't just get good at playing archer with higher ping. You can kinda fix your aim I'd you're used to it, but you'll never be able to dodge as easily.

I would have loved to see tourneys hosted on EU on ocn actually, and I did argue about it a few times on the forums.
But the thing is that Badlion has a much bigger EU community than ocn had. Also ocn had many SA players, probably even more than EU at some point.
I'm not saying all badlion tourneys should be on NA, but I'd be happy if like 25% of them were hosted on EU, including the ones with big cash prizes

Due to feedback so far, we've decided that this tournament will be hosted on the EU servers.
It has been awhile since we've hosted an EU tournament, and with such a large portion of the community being from Europe, we think it's only fair.
