As you can see I was getting like 30 ms but I lagged out every time. This happens on every server I connect to.

This has happened to me before but it lasts like an hour than it stops. This has been going on all day. I still can't join any servers. Does anyone know how to fix this?Posted on 28 July 2017 - 03:09 PM
Might have something to do with your account. I'm not too sure how to fix this, but try restarting MC, your computer, your router, etc.Posted on 28 July 2017 - 06:21 PM

if you use wifi it might be why you lag, try Ethernet for a better connection.also if you have family that on the internet that might be a reason, for example at night I get really bad ping since everyone uses the internet at the same time but early in the morning, I get a stable connection.

I have been using wifi for a long time now it it worked pretty well until now. I have had this problem before where the internet is working I can use youtube and my browser, But everytime I join a minecraft server I time out. Sometimes I can play like one match but then once the match is over I time out. It isn't my internet it's my computer or account or something but I just don't know what the problem is. Also when I had the problem before it lasted like a couple hours at most then it fixes itself. This time it's lasted for 11 hours and is still happening. I'm honestly getting kind of worried that this is a permanent thing.

is the issue affecting your entire internet or just in minecraft?
