I've downloaded the badlion client and it says that is downloading for 3+hrs
I unistalled and downloaded it again and nothing

You're not alone, this happened to me as well. What I did to fix it is to open the client and close it. Then open Task Manager or your systems applications manager and close all Badlion Client processes and then try to launching it again and it should download. If that doesn't work then create a Bug report with as much information as possible about your issue using the format found below. Good luck!
