I have NO experience whatsoever with building PC's or anything related. I don't even know my own specs.

My budget is 1900$.

Requirements-

Silent fan
Fan doesn't overheat
1900$ budget
Preferably if it's a lime green color but it's fine if not
Can run high graphic games like Dead by daylight smoothly and get Minecraft FPS consistently 500 FPS+ (Normal settings)
No Macs
Has to be able to run Windows 10 normally. (Meaning that I don't have to download random crap for me to be able to use Windows 10)
Gold V in ALL KITS.
