Punishment Rules

Hello,I believe that the way the players are punished for Teaming in an FFA Game is unfair. I have never been punished for it, but I find it stupid how people are Permanent Banned for "Giving Coords", yet, people that are doing worse stuff gets a kick/4Minutes Mute after the report.
I got 2-Teamed several times in FFA games, and I got 4-Teamed (wtf) twice in FFA games. I proceeded to report them, but they got a 4 Minutes Ban (which isn't relevant if the player is offline).
I believe that those players should be treated as harsh as players giving coords, and I believe that players caught teaming in FFA games should be permanently banned, and not kicked.

If you think in that way, players giving coords should have their punishments increased with the amount of times that they're found guilty

+1Staff on Badlion don't really care about players opinion (from my experience), and won't implement this though.
It's quite sad to see that staff don't care on a server that I love.

I went in TS with 2 Staff Members and they were extremely rude to me, doing stuff that If they were doing in the server would be a demotion.
You guys take a long time to answer, denies every single first person evidence unless its Kill Aura or Reach (not even a blatant Ghost Client Reach) and bans for "giving coords" but temp bans for teaming in ffa even though it literally says "TEAMING ISN'T ALLOWED" everytime

Well you should not be spamming helpop or report in the first place. That would be a fair mute on you.
In a UHC (I was host I know what Im saying) we get so many reports at once it's impossible to satisfy all people. We have to pick and choose when we are being spammed with messages and helpop requests so we really can't do too much about that. If we can't spec you that is unfortunate but with so many people asking for help we have to pick.
You can look through the resolved staff reports and see that none of them were false accepted. The managers take time to look at the reports and make an unbiased choice based on what they can see. We really don't think we are that much better, we just try doing our jobs the best we can. All people make mistakes and if staff do sometimes that's ok because we are not perfect.

3. If you were a host and you know what you're saying, then you know that you can only report every 5 minutes, and helpop every 5 seconds. How would you spam?
4. The mods never tp when you tell them to. They simply don't.
5. One time a guy made a lag machine at 0,0 and it took 15 minutes for them to ban him.
6. I just got hacked on by a bhopper and it was very clear evidence (twitch clip) and the shitty host said "sorry we don't accept first person evidence"
7. If you don't accept first person evidence, and you don't teleport to players, pretty much anyone can hack??
8. This is why, I know alot of people who use huzuni, and still aren't banned LOL.
9. Simply put, badlion's staff is irrelevant because without them, the server would be the same LOL

No, by experience I can assure you that out of all known servers this is the only one where owners are easily available and answer, in general everyone is easily reachable and what you say always matters, look at how they make polls frequently / the player council was created

This is the most ignorant thing I've heard in awhile. Yes, staff are 100% needed to make the server run smoothly. Period. If you didn't have any staff members, there would be no way to ban people who bypass the anti-cheat, mute players, host UHC's, deal with appeals ect.

Don't get me wrong, there are some exceptions that can be biased sometimes, but this isn't even close to true when you apply it over the whole staff team.

This makes little to no sense. You shouldn't spam in the first place because it's useless and unproductive. Yes, you should always try to /report someone if you can. If you can't, and you're in a UHC, politely tell the host in pm's or /helpop. If you're spamming it, you don't deserve for it to be dealt with. Don't break the rules, and don't piss off the hosts and you'll get your reports dealt with. The host may not always respond, or even look at the player, but you have to remembr that they are human and can't do more than 1 thing at a time.

Not true at all. I do it all the time. Should I? Probably not because it ends up being a waste of time hackusation, but I do anyways just in case. Not all staff members do this, and this is yet again another ignorant statement.

Did you find out the other things the host was doing? Maybe he/she was watching a cheater and trying to get him/her banned? Have you even bothered finding out the whole story?

Make a staff abuse report. That host is supposed to sent the clip to seniors if he/she can't ban off of it, but they're allowed to ban off of really blatant cheating clips.

We do accept first person evidence. It's just that seniors have to deal with it. This means someone needs to sent it to a host, the host needs to ask a senior for his/her opinion, and then the host can ban/not ban off of the evidence. Hosts do teleport to players. You simply just can't see where they are at all times, so saying this is downright wrong. And no, this isn't true. People actually get banned for cheating.
