I have added 2 packs to my resource pack folder for the badlion client but they wont work? I heard they are whitelisted packs so i decided to download one but i didnt work. PS the pack i got was Scope32x

Just add them in your normal MC area and they should be available. There is no whitelisted packs, we just block xray textures.
