3.5 is half a block more than the normal reach as you said. "Only" thats more than what every closet cheater uses.

well people that use vape like ryhuko, valm and Audii0_o probably will have their reach set to constantly going between 3.0 and 3.5. Maybe less than 3.5 in many cases. But Audii0_o would toggle on 5 block reach when hes about to lose lol and hes considered a closet cheater.
