So first of all I have 3 mutes for hackusation and I got 2 of them in UHC because I said "Mods spec" or "Mods"
and in my opinion it's stupid to mute me for hackusation when the guy I'm fighting is actially hacking (they both got banned aswell but the mute stays[and the punishment looks shit on the website xdxdxd])

The mods choose to mute people over punishing the hacker and that's just a retardet rule in my opinion…
I mean you can still mute for hackusation when someone says hacker or xrayer or some shit but just because someone says mods spec… I dont know
Because if you're getting hacked on you don't really have time to do helpop.

"Mods spec" or "Mods" I personally wouldn't mute for but that is just me.

Why shouldn't it be mutable if it'll have the same effect on the person hacking as if you would have said: "mods tp hacker"?

Saying something like that is alerting the mods that you think the player is cheating and that they should spectate. Although minor, this is still a hackusation by technicality. You could always use /report or /helpop to alert the mods rather than saying that in global chat.

As I said… If you're actually getting hacked on you don't have time to do /helpop or /report…

Yes but with 6.0, you can do those commands afterwards and get respawned if the said player is banned.

The whole point of muting for hackusation is to make our jobs easier. If we don’t mute for that we may as well not mute any form of hackusation.

Yes thats true. But the hosts/mods need like 4 blatant evidences ban people so

Why would you get muted for saying mods spec… it doesn't even mean that your opponent is 100% cheating… Maybe he just gets sketchy hits or is lagging or something. Anyways if you got muted for saying that in Global Chat and the player you hackusated/died to actually gets banned why don't the mods or host or whatever unmute you ingame/remove the mute from the website

Sure it doesn’t 100% mean that they’re cheating but the cheater may see that in chat and toggle it off wasting our time.

They sometimes need several clips because of the fact that a cheater may be good at hiding it. Other times they only need one. It really does vary per person.

I know why you get muted for that but why don't the hosts remove the mute after the hacker got banned? I mean when it's proven that you didn't hackusate without a reason

Hackusating with a reason is exactly why it's against the rules.

Frankly that's too much effort and it's pretty simple to just follow the rules. There are also numerous other issues made such as what if it was a false ban.

Hey, When I see someone saying "Mods spec" in chat I would personally think they are talking about a hacker as theres really no need for anyone to ask a moderator to spectate them so I would consider it hackusating.
