"Present Bomb" have to get removed

The cosmetic "Present Bomb" is actually a bomb!(Just joking, but it's really destroying the lobby)For example, if I just use the this cosmetic the lobby will lag or more worse, it crashes.
Please remove it that it can't get abused or just lower the particles.

We have lowered the amount of particles in this cosmetic so it shouldn't be crashing the servers anymore.
