It's been like this for a few weeks, it's not all the time but it just randomly happens and it's REALLY annoying, especially when you mainly play a ladder based on reflexes and aim. Basically there are lots of micro lags that happen every few seconds and are just really annoying.

I recorded a bow fight and this is how it looks like





This is how every archer fight has been for me today, I asked some of them after in PM they said is the same for them.

Pretty sure it's not coming from me, my Internet is really good, and anyway as I said I asked the people I fought and they said it was the same for them. :/
