Confused about the Badlion Client

I have been searching on youtube for a couple of days now on how to install and use this client and no one has done a video, when i install it off of chrome it gives me a file that if i try and open it says it had a missing shortcut, and if i use the badlion client setup it just reinstalls the thing again.
