The only guaranteed way to get it nowadays is to be a senior, otherwise it's up to the discretion of the higher ups. Like Combo said, I was an active staffer for 15 months and didn't get it, there seems to be some randomness involved when it comes to blue tags getting it.

Shit changed.You basically have to be a Manager,Senior+ Or dedicated Senior Mod.
Basically no more blue tags get Retired,other wise I would have gotten it.

It's kind of bias now when It comes to blue tags.If Archy doesn't know you actually exist he won't give it to you.Saying that active blue tags do get noticed more so… yeah
