I'm going to be onest but.

This was my first tournament and it wasn't a good impression the staff wasn't paying attention to players who are not know in the community , my for example I waited a hour to contact a staff and I dint get information why I didn't play round 3 and and round 2 I think staff should pay more Attention to not so know players.

Well in 2nd round ur opponent didn't show up so u got the free win. And in the 3rd round it appears you weren't online when your match was up. Staff is also rlly busy during the tournament so they couldnt do much.

I was online during the 3rd round so how come I played round 5 if I wasn't online for round 3
