I'm going to answer these two questions in the same sentence. In terms of IRL experience and using the experience I got from being a staff member, I would definitely use my communication skills and even management stills.

It seems like most of the staff team makes a meme out of you, but in reality I think you're a pretty cool person to talk to. I don't know you that well however, but that can be easily resolved if we talk more in the future

Why did you resign?
The last time I resigned was because of how stale badlion was. I didn't have enough motivation to continue moderating and I was basically forcing myself to do senior stuff without having any fun doing it.
What made you come back that quickly?
Originally, luke wanted me to come back, so I did. I'm honestly glad I am because ever since then and even the s16 launch, my motivation has been at an all time high.
I choose B.

I don't remember how I found out about it(I played like once or twice in 2015, but I started playing almost every single day since the Kohi merge cause I was a kohi player.
