Although I love your post, and the intention behind it, I'm going to point out some things for the sake of being honest.Liqhtro wrote

Not always. Typically, players who aren't as experienced will stick to just a couple secondaries, while cheaters who are also somewhat decent at pvp might use secondaries. Although this might apply to bad cheaters, it doesn't usually apply to closet cheaters who know what they're doing. And since the more blatant cheaters are usually caught by GCheat, or by a mod, somewhat quickly, this shouldn't be something you look for.
Strafe much more
Again, closet cheaters will also strafe more if they know what they're doing. In fact, it's way easier to strafe as a cheater because you don't have to focus on aim as much, but can rather focus on movement.
Play safer (do not just rush someone)
Not always. Everyone has a different style of play. Some people are really good at playing agro and exploiting the situation when their opponent is panicking or can't think quick enough. And again, some closet cheaters won't always play super agro.
Get combo after rod hit, or while strafing
Some closet cheaters can use a rod, and strafe, just fine.
Cheaters
Do:
Get weird hits while going back (while pressing s key)
Not necessarily. S tapping is actually really good if you can do it properly. As a legit player, you can get some nasty hits where you hit someone quickly (right at the end of your opponent's 3 block range), and then follow up by holding/tapping s. This way, you hit your opponent just as you enter his and your range, and then you back up so he, or you, can't hit each other. If you're not talking about s tapping, then yeah I see what you mean. But, latency can still play a factor as to why someone can get a "reach hit" because on their screen they could have hit you and then backed up. But on your screen (due to lag), it could look like he backed up out of range and then hit you. But again, if lag clearly isn't a factor, then the guy's probably cheating.
Get hits that are from more than 3 blocks
Yup. One thing everyone has to look out for is latency though. If player 1 is running from player 2, while player 2 is chasing player 1, it can look like a hit is over 3 blocks. In reality, player 2 hit player 1 in his range, but the server calculates player 1's position behind where player 1's actual position is (on his screen) due to lag. But, if the players are stationary/moving towards each other, then it is impossible to get a hit over 3 blocks without cheating.
Rush other player more (not playing smart)
Not all closet cheaters do this. Really blatant cheaters might, but again, they usually get caught really quickly.
Play only with sword (or using other items too but not that much as legit
Same as above.
Overall, this post is pretty good, and is great for a general guide for catching blatant cheaters, so great job :)
But for those who are thinking about posting your evidence, try not to ask yourself if the player plays like a cheater. Ask yourself whether or not something someone is doing can be replicated by a legit player. If not, then the person is probably cheating. If so, then the person might not be cheating.

Well, even tho I already knew some of these things, I would like to thank you for a nice explanation with more details. I could've not put all the cases so I just went over the normal, "stupid" cheaters. Thank you once again!

Was a very good thread till I got to the part "What to do when there is no online Staff" So you're basically saying here that when theres no staff online you should start recording a cheater and get as much evidence of him doing cheating with "QUALITY" and "GOOD FPS" im going to speak out of experience and you know when I had a shitty computer and a terrible internet am I going to go to 1 fps to record a cheater? Even if I did so "it wouldn't be with good quality" and what if I had a shitty pc AND it was my mother's one i'd literally say "Mom im gonna install a recording software just to catch cheaters on a block game"???
