Weird things

I dont really know how to name this but ill just say like the heck is happening I mean the player count about 15 mins ago was like 975 I couldn't connect it dropped to 690ish then it started going up but I still cant connect. Im just asking if its my own problem, badlion's or mojang problem. I can connect to any other server easily without a problem. Also why is the player count so low like only 850 players at this hour :/EDIT: I can now get on
