I think giving out coords outside of 100x100 should still be banable in chat because it would just encourage people committing suicide / giving gear or hacking more but I think in pms giving coords outside of 100x100 to organise fights is really useful because it helps people getting kills so they can arrive in 0 0 an hour into the game with a bit of gear / healing. I know ( well I think I do) the concerns about msging coords to people for fights are the same as giving the in public chat but if there was this sort of system where the mods would get an alert when people msg each other their coordinates so the mods could spec them for a bit to see if people are fighting or doing illegal stuff.
That is what I think.
