Rod kb isnt perfect still but its way better than before :]🤣its still needs to be more vertical and less horizontal

It's very bad for arena, I said there should be seperate kbs for UHC and Arena if that is possible.
Its still possible to run away forever in arena you just need to spam water everywhere as well.
In my opinion, the reduction of rod kb has made using lava a lot easier (you move less from rods so easier to aim and when you get them in the lava its harder for them to get away) which slows down the pace of the fight, making it a bit boring.
Laggy players also take even less kb from the rod, making people with awful connection have an even greater advantage.
I'd like to mention again, I'm not worse with this kb I just find it way less fun than it was before

^ exactly. With this kb I got higher on the leaderboards than I ever have but its still awful and makes me not want to play the kit any more

the prob w diff kbs on arena and uhc is that arena is some sort of prac for uhc and the rod kb u want is just so annoying since it knocks the player so far back it doesnt even require skill ti rod since its so easy, minimal rod kb is good for good players since they need to be more consistent w it

The rod isn't the most annoying part in arena pvp, that is either the bow or the lava. It has become so much easier to lava spam with this new kb and rod kb. Rod isn't easy, it is about timing and landing the perfect rod, and trying to get rod crits. If you want to combat sweaty players you would remove a lava and a water or arrows. Rod is meant to be the must important secondary for close combat pvp, not the lava. The rod kb was far better in season 15, as it did enough kb for you to trigger a combo if you landed it correctly.
