Badlion Beta Cape Problem

So I'm banned on my main account for JudgementDay v11 and I wanted to purchase the badlion beta cape to bypass the ban for free with badlion client 2.0 as it says here as the 3rd option http://prntscr.com/isddys . When I click the purchase button it says "You're not allowed to access the badlion store.Contact support for more information." Why is that?
