How can i change region?

I'm supposed to be in the NA region(where there's the most people), but for some reason it puts me in a region where there is litterly 0 player.

Is there a way to see on what region you are in or a way to change it ?

I already try'd all the ips, it keeps puting in another region

That's.. just not true? It always goes through the IPs.

Probably you are referring to the lobby. Arena shouldn't be empty.
