Hello fellow community.

Today I come to bringing this topic for discussion and to share it with all of you.

Since, in previous minecons Hypixel has been showing off their server I think i'd be a good idea to bring badlion to minecon and show many people what we are, our community and welcome in any players who want to join and help us make our dream of making badlion into a e sport.

Now this would take a lot of preparation but I think we would come out winning with higher player count, higher support to our community and ideas and higher amounts of money to spend in our server and future projects

"But recent updates have made pvp worse and some players who where in our community prefer 1.9 over 1.7/1.8 pvp."

Indeed, this scenario will happen. But. I know many of you don't like this idea but for welcoming new players we could make our exact same games but 1.9 updated. This also will need work but will be welcoming and would be easier for players to slowly make their transition to 1.7.

Now, if this was to happen what would we need?

For minecon ( Hopefully in the next year or so) our player council and know players could come. Show some clips of our tournaments ( I recommend diamond series of CTF and CTW) a small trailer of everything in our server to show what our community offers (we could include Gcheat, UHC, Arena etc etc etc)

For (MAYBE) making our games 1.9. Make rods the same as 1.7. Have tips like "wanna try our 1.7 version of UHCmeetup/UHC/arena? change into 1.7 and discover the old pvp!" or "Did you know originally you couldn't use rods in 1.9? They are actually from 1.7 hope on and try for yourself the old fast-passed pvp"

Edit- Also show the badlion client and advertise it.
Give me your opinions and own ideas and hopefully well some of this changes done!

Is that still going to work with Minecon Earth which screwed things up? Anyways a BLC 2.0 booth would be really cool to see and do a LAN tournament there with the client could be awesome. Although idk joe expense this would be but it could benefit badlion in the future if the booth gets lots of attention.
