Server unwhitelist problems (YOU MUST READ)

Hello I have recently bought a donator rank, and it is basically flawless with Pot Pvp which was the main reason i bought the rank, but i was watching Dfieldmarks stream on friday, then i entered it said "Buy Donator/Donator+ for pre-whitelist and i did. I bought a Donator+ rank and tried to join the uhc early and it didn't work ive tried for 2 uhc and both I haven't made it in I was wondering If you cnan fix it so I get white listed because I am a donator+. Please can you fix this asap or leave a reply with helpPosted on 17 January 2015 - 12:18 AM

Please, don't add more slots, 300 players - more, then enough.Just start games like every hour, or even more often, so not all the donators will be in every game, split them!
And maby you could give some perks to winners, like Pre-WL for 10 games, or sonething like that. Maby leaderboard…
