I only have one alt, and I'd like to link it, however I hesitated to do so. I hesitate because a long time ago I was banned on that alt for Server Advertising on Hypixel. I was wondering if I were to link that alt would it get my other account banned on badlion, and other servers as well as hypixel? Please answer, I'd appreciate it. I'll be waiting for an answer.

It would not get you banned. Hypixel doesn't share the same ban list as us.
