Can't download my data request

hello, I asked for a data request on my profile and I got the e-mail that contains the appropriate link and when I try to open it an error400 shows up,the link that I got from the email redirect me to this page
can you fix it please :)

I was just having the same issue but once I logged into the website and came here I opened the link again and it worked. Maybe try that and see what happens.Posted on 25 June 2018 - 05:40 PM

I was already logged on and I tried to log off and reconnect but it didn't fix anything unfortunately :(
