Error or possible virus in the client
Good morning/afternoon/night to whoever's in charge of handling this thread. Four months ago, I installed your Badlion Client. It was all okay until around three months ago when I started having issues with it (both processor and RAM percentages were fluctuating constantly, increasing and decreasing randomly). I had no choice other than to format my computer. After finishing the process, I again installed the Client, but the problem persisted. Both processor and RAM percentages kept randomly increasing and decreasing. Moreover, the screen also freezes and I can't do anything. The only way of getting out of that, is to pull the plug on the computer. I can assure you that the problem rests only upon the Client and not my computer since I hadn't installed anything other than the Client. I hope that you can provide a solution for this problem soon. Thank you for reading.

If you are using the Badlion Client then of course it will use CPU/memory. If you mean that you have RAM and CPU randomly spiking without the Badlion Client open…then this is not us.

You might want to make sure any backups you made did not include any possible viruses on your system.

I’m going to recapitulate and clarify a few things in this reply for your better understanding of the situation. I completely formatted my computer and made no backups at all. In regards to the resource use, all applications/programs obviously use up CPU and RAM resources for processing. Why then is the Client utilizing so many computer resources when I haven’t even opened Minecraft? The problem arises only with the Client open. It takes up all computer resources to 100% until it freezes or malfunctions. I also uninstalled the client to see if the situation improved. However, to my surprise, the problem still persisted. I can completely assure you that your Client has, in some way, infected my computer. I’ll also remind you that I have nothing else installed other than Office, GPU programs, and an antivirus. It’s illogical that the client works perfectly for everyone except me. The only thing I’m asking for from you, is a solution to this problem. If it’s necessary to cease all client use, I’ll accept it.
Pd: If it’s required, I can record a video that shows my computer’s behaviors and installed programs. I can do it to further convince you.

What are your computer specs?

Computer specs:
Graphics card: GEFORCE GTX 1050ti.
Motherboard: Asus Prime H310M-A
Processor: Intel i3-8100
Ram: 8 GB
Hard Drive: 500 GB.
As you can see, my computer specs show that my computer isn't so bad for it to be my fault. I want to reach a solution with brevity for our mutual benefit. I'll wait until you respond, however, if I'm unable to find a solution, I'll proceed to format the computer again. I find it quite unfair since the problem was caused by your Client, but whatever. I await a response and a solution from you. Good day.
