If all you're blaming yourself is because you didn't give two weeks of notice prior to your resignation, don't. I mean what you did to grow Badlion UHC's greatly outweighs that "rule" (<.< >.>). You were the only person that liked me on badlion. I'm not really sure what to say. I come back from vacation and the staff list is flipped upside down, and burnt leaves…???? You've always been a great guy to talk to and an even better staff member to help the younger guys grow. I've definitely enjoyed being on the staff team with you, and I am extremely sad to see you go.Sitting here typing this, I'm confused as to what you did wrong, but I'm sure it's not as bad as you may think. Everyone makes mistakes, even if it's the smallest of a mess-up.
I'm not 100% sure of what's going on here, but disregarding recent events, EVERYONE knows you've been an outstanding, contributing member to Badlion, and it's been a pleasure to know you.
I definitely hope to see you again some day.

Gonna finally say something. This is literally some of the dumbest bull shit I have ever read.Burnt_Cactus (lel) resigned because he felt like he was doing a bad job. The reality of it is the only person who thought this was himself and one other person that I will not mention (no one else is to either). Every other person thought he was doing a fantastic job (including myself, and the rest of the administration/staff). So instead trying to understand where he was thinking wrong he just jumped the fucking ship. I don't give a fucking crap about the 2 week prior notice thing, but to leave when you SPECIFICALLY know I am on vacation and that archybot is already OVERWHELMED with problems, you decide to throw more stress onto him. Glad he didn't have a fucking stroke from all the bull shit he had to deal with this weekend. Still cleaning up the mess slowly.
^ This is what pisses me off. Literally one of the douchiest (yes i made a new word) a person could do. Like you could have left any other fucking day and it would have been fine, but no you choose to leave when the server is already on fire. "Gberry isn't here to yell at me, might as well just add a catalyst to speed up the damn fucking thing." So instead of leaving with a good opinion in mind like Pika did (he left AFTER the Faction map was over) you managed to completely fuck over your image in my eyes. I am truly disgusted and SO disappointed in you. I had thought we taught you better here than to do that kind of shit.
You were also afraid to be the bad guy, and I'm sorry that we made you an administrator when we thought you were capable of making tough decisions. Clearly we were mistaken and you don't have it in you to tell someone that they are doing a bad job and that they need to get lost. Thing still probably is we wouldn't have hired anyone else to handle the position because no one else is qualified (this still stands)..
Minus the two things mentioned above about leaving when you knew I wasn't around and not being able to make tough decisions you literally did every other thing possible correct. Just look at how big our UHC servers are now thanks to your leadership. I think the rest of the player base can agree with me that you did WAY more good than harm to our network.
I will say the same thing I did before, good luck in life and please learn from your mistakes (mainly trying to put urself down for no reason)
