The client issues (AntiCheatDriver Installer)!

When the client starts, it starts the console and the window (AntiCheatDriver Installer)!When you click NO, it opens again, and if Yes opens the site and starts again!
It is possible as though it to remove?
I'm forbidden to download any drivers!
Help my!

You cannot use BLC without this driver. The fix is to install the driver.
