Up until recently, the badlion client launcher will not start, I open the launcher, then imminently 3 notifications from the launcher.node file says "Sorry, this application cannot run under a Virtual Machine" even tho I don't have Hyper-V enabled, and I have never had a VM software even installed on my machine. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software 7 different times, and this has been happening since 2 updates before they added the motion blur mod I'm pretty sure. I have added an exclusion to both of my anti-virus programs for the BL client. I don't know what else to do.

Try to enter your bios / uefi (watch what to press at machine start / search the internet about how to do this with your mainboard brand / model.
Look or search before in the internet on how to disable virtualization support.

This helped one another user before on these forums when he had the same issue.
