So I want to get one thing out of the way first, this is by no means an unban appeal or anything of that sort. I just got surprised by my absolutely random BAC ban. Maybe someone should look into it and try fixing it? I don't have any real suspicions about what could have triggered it, I can definitely assure you that I haven't tried using any sort of cheat client. The only remotely close thing would be trying to add the game to Discord. I don't know how Discord works at all though so I really can't suspect it. If anyone got any clues about why this happened, please let me know.

EDIT: To give some additional info, I got the client yesterday and seemed like I was able to join any BAC secured server. Today I was in search of a SG server so I was joining servers in the BAC server list one by one and at some point I just got a message saying I'm banned.

Lying isn't going to do you any good, your ban is pretty much solidified. BAC doesn't false ban, because it's not that kind of anticheat. You did do something to alter your MC, in a way that gives you an advantage. Whether you want to come to terms with that or not is your choice. It doesn't make a difference whether you admit it or not, your ban is final either way. Don't cheat, that's the entire purpose of this client. It has a built in, optional, anticheat…. and you still decided to download it (Knowing the entire purpose is to catch hacks) and then cheat. Why you do this, then come to the forums and claim you didn't cheat, is beyond me. I will never understand, but to each their own.

If you want to get into terms if your actual statement, "I can definitely assure you." This, is what behavior psychologist call a perception qualifier. It's a deception term, usually when someone wants to enhance the credibly of the statement that follows. "Maybe someone should look into it and try fixing it?" There's nothing wrong with the client, it does its intended purpose. It bans people who cheat from BAC protected servers.

I'm not sure if you're young, or whatever, but lying isn't going to get you anywhere… Truly. It's not going to work, I'm putting way more effort into this than I should, because it's just a game, but these post baffle me. You cheated, you know you cheated… Don't be surprised and deny it when you get banned.

As I said, I could care less about the ban. This post was made out of sheer curiosity, maybe this happened to other people as well or maybe the anticheat itself is broken in which case somebody should look into it. Are you a developer of the anticheat? Do you know how it works internally? If you don't, this reply is absolutely useless and won't help anyone that genuinely faces this problem. About the statement you quoted, that's a really important piece of information right there. On these sorts of forums, people like you are everywhere, assuming everyone is lying and they only post to make them feel more secure or to demand something like an unban (which is understandable for a Minecraft community). I wanted to say that without ANY doubt (no bullshit among the lines of "Oh yeah guys I think my brother cheated" or "Yeah I cheated 30.5 years ago") no cheat client ever ran on my side. Also, think more before replying or don't reply at all if you don't have anything relevant to the thread.
