Toggle Sprint is already a feature of BLC. Press RIGHT SHIFT, then scroll down to 'Toggle Sneak'- http://prntscr.com/mw2n5m
You can edit it so you can only have Toggle Sprint enabled, or only Toggle Sneak, or you can have them both toggled.
