If i join a BAC Server there are problems

I need help.At the 31.03.2019: If i join a BAC Server is a message "Badlion Anticheat (BAC) could not contact the anticheat servers at the moment. Maybe they are offline? Please try again later."
Why? The BAC Server arent down.
Please i need BAC for GommeHD.net.
Im a very famous ClanWars player.

Please submit a bug report using the bottom of your launcher.We are aware of the issue and need more logs to identify the cause.

By my Computer it doesnt work.There is every time "404 error"
I cant will get help?

Can someone reset my BAC or something else?
