Similar to Labymod, a Teamspeak overlay ingame would be awesome!
This overlay should state the channel name and all current users in this channel. The primary colour (which you can customize) indicates a user speaking, while the secondary colour indicates, that a person isn't speaking.

Some variations of this would also work, for example the "speaking colour" being light blue and "silent colour" being dark blue by default (like Teamspeak itself). Or another variation: People's usernames only appear, when they are actively speaking.

But of course you're still able to change the background colour/opacity, fancy font, there are no brackets etc.
