So I have a fully functioning PayPal account but whenever I try to buy something the PayPal requires me to connect a Credit Card, which I don't want to do, also I know it's not PayPal problem because it says the seller forces me to do so. If need be I can always transfer money to the owner of BLC and he/she can give me my cloak but the easiest way is to simply purchase it. Please Help!

Hello!

You shouldn't ignore them and you should add your credit card details to your PayPal.
You cannot use your PayPal account to make purchases until you add a bank account or credit card information.
