And admin replied to my thread saying that there was already a thread for this issue and then just closed my thread. Didnt give me any indication of where i can find the solution or a link to the thread like what??? where was the support?? if anyone can help me with this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

If the admin said that there is an open thread or ticket for this issue, it means that someone else has had the same problem and created a thread before you. Developers are going to look into this problem as soon as possible.
