I did almost everything. I closed my pc and turned it on again, I turned my cloak on and off and on in game, I turned my cape in the skin settings off and on, I checked if the transaction went through, It did, I dont know what to do next, I am currently crying my eyes out, I cant take this anymore, help

Hi. Please open up the slideout menu (right shift) and check the Graphics tab. Make sure you have cloaks enabled there.
