BLC is so broken

First of all every time I try to launch it Installs. Eventhough it is already installed on my PC.Then it says it needs to restart my PC in order for my to play multiplayer…
Why is it when I want to play regular games like LoL you press launch and it launches with no problems.
BLC takes 10 mins from my day just to start.

Hello!Your Badlion Client did reinstall itself because there was an update.
