When I play with badlion client, moving my mouse around causes an insane amount of lag.I have 16gb ram.
No other clients, normal minecraft or optifine have this issue apart from Hyperium.
I've tried different amounts of allocated ram, 1gb, 2gb, 2.5gb, 3gb, 4gb and 6gb.

- There are issues with in-game overlays that might happen to you (if you actually have GeForce experience/discord). If you use discord, turn off the in-game-overlay, same thing for NVIDIA GeForce experience in the settings.- I believe that setting the allocation to 4GB is about the limit, 3 or 2GB might be better.
- Try lowering your render distance.
- If you are opening an unreasonable amount of programs and browser tabs in the background, it is expected that your performance will suffer quite a bit.

I have an AMD graphics card and don't use the discord overlay. If anyone of the things you listed were the cause of the problem surely it wouldn't only be 2 clients that have the problem.Posted on 20 July 2019 - 12:59 PM
Seems like you have messed up something with Optifine.Reset your Optifine settings and redo your Optifine config.
