Yesterday I bought The Devil Horns and the Demon Shield, but I only see the horns in InGame, I have to turn the shields on and off a lot, but nothing has happened.

I would be glad about an answer. I bought the Devil Horns and the Demon Shield with about 9 hours ago but inGame only the horns are displayed, I have the shields on and off more often but nothing happened.

Hey _54ms,

Before going any further, please open up your Badlion Client main menu (the menu which allows you to select Singleplayer, Multiplayer, etc), and then select "Cosmetics", you should double-check that your shield is not there, and if it is there, you should enable it so that you can see it in-game.

If you double-check and your shield is still not there, then you should go ahead and create a thread over in our Payment Support section so that we can look into why you've not received the item: https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37.
